These Terms govern your use of OutMore. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The final legal text will replace this placeholder before public launch.
The service
OutMore helps people discover and save local experiences. Places are infrastructure; the product is experiences and collections.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use OutMore.
Your account
- Keep your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- You may delete your account in Settings
Your content
- You retain rights to content you submit
- By publishing an experience, you grant OutMore a license to host, display, and distribute it in the service
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content
- Private notes on saves stay private to you
Collections
Collections may be private or public. Public collections can be viewed by others. Default lists such as Try Later and Favourites are for your use and are not shareable in the same way.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- Do not use OutMore to harass people or spam businesses
Disclaimers
Experiences are user- and community-contributed. Opening hours, availability, and suitability can change. OutMore is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OutMore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
